Field is broken up in:

1      square of (4) Attack

3 Midfielders running full field

·       Use this model for substitution and teaching the girls where to be positioned on the field and total use of field space.

Set up for the Draw

3      Defense (2 low & 1 High) on the Line(restraining line)

5      Players on the center circle( center, 2 midfielders, 1 high defense & 1 high attack)

    3 Attack (2 low & 1 High) on the Line (restraining line)

Rules of Draw:

·       Players must stand around the center circle till draw is played and then any player can rush in for the ball.

·       Players must stand behind the restraining line until draw is played then all players can cross the line to get the ball.

·       To transition from the Draw positions to field positions is easy, the High defense and High attack drop back into the square formation after the draw is played.
